OUR STORY

Cookie Tree Manufacturing (CTM) was founded in Malaysia by coffee enthusiasts during the start of the “Café Culture” in the late 1990’s. They believed that good quality coffee should be complemented with good quality confectioneries. They also believed that good quality coffee complementing confectionaries can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.

CTM started manufacturing a range of gourmet cookies and biscotti under the Cookie Tree brand for the food service industry as well as for the consumer retail market. These confectionaries soon became the quality reference of such products in Malaysia.

Our in house product development team, together with consulting Nutritionists and Food Technologists, are constantly improving on recipes inspired from trends overseas for the local market.

CTM has the resources to create customised confectionaries for customers through our OCM (Original Confectionary Manufacturing) program.

We are proud to be supporting partners of or to have supported many international establishments ( e.g. luxury hotels, chain cafés ) in Malaysia.
